Customer Care Manager and Patient Care Co-ordinator
I've had many roles in the time I've worked with Peter. I'm customer care manager now.
What I love about my job is working with a great team to give the best care possible to our patients and seeing what a difference a great smile can make to our patients' lives.
With 21 years of nursing experience, I joined Orthodontic Excellence in 2009 as Dental Nurse. My job is to achieve the highest standards of infection control within the practice and adhere to HTM01-05/CQC.
I love my job here at OE because I am confident that our patients receive the best treatment to suit their individual needs. The most rewarding part is seeing a patient's confidence in their smile growing week by week.
Treatment Care Co-ordinator
Kerrie joined Orthodontic Excellence in 2007. Her role as Treatment Care Co-ordinator involves meeting patients who are attending free assessments, discussing their concerns with them, taking clinical photographs and showing patients the braces most suited to achieving the results they desire. Kerrie says the best part about her role is seeing the transformation orthodontic treatment can make, not just in a patient's smile but also in their confidence.
"A lot of people arrive at Orthodontic Excellence as patients and leave as friends. It's great to be a part of their journey," she says.
Treatment Care Co-ordinator and Marketing Co-ordinator
Cathy has worked at Orthodontic Excellence for many years and feels privileged to be part of the team. One of the things she loves about her role within the practice is the opportunity to talk to people about the amazing difference orthodontic treatment can make. Cathy is able to do this on both a face-to-face basis and on a wider scale using marketing techniques in her role as Marketing Co-ordinator.
I am the finance manager and have been with the company since 2004.
I have enjoyed progressing in my role from basic bookkeeping to all financial matters including the management accounts.
I am proud to work with such a great team.
Samantha qualified as a Dental Nurse seven years ago. Later in 2012 she also qualified as an Oral Health Educator. In 2013 Samantha moved to London to gain some more experience within her profession and to study a diploma in Health and Human Science. At the end of her time in London Samantha discovered she had a keen interest in orthodontics. She thoroughly enjoys this specialist area of dentistry and is eager to develop further by planning to study Orthodontic Therapy in the near future.
New Patient Care Co-ordinator and Receptionist
I joined Orthodontic Excellence in March 2013 and really enjoy working alongside Peter and Virginia, it really is a great team here. I recently trained to become a Patient Care Co-ordinator, which I thoroughly enjoy as I love hearing people's stories and seeing how excited they become about the prospect of having perfect teeth. It's a pleasure to be a part of their wonderful journey as their lives are transformed.
New Patient Care Co-ordinator and Receptionist
Joanne has joined the Orthodontic Excellence team as a Receptionist and Patient Care Co-ordinator. As soon as she stepped into the practice, she knew it was a place she wanted to work. In her role, Joanne is responsible for meeting and greeting patients as well as ensuring they have everything they need throughout their treatment journey. Joanne enjoys working with a friendly, professional team in a state-of-the-art practice and says a rewarding part of her job is seeing our patients leave with a renewed sense of confidence.
Joanne has come to Orthodontic Excellence after a successful career working as a registered nurse, specialising in the care of mentally handicapped patients. Her experience in this field over more than 10 years, plus more recently her acquired knowledge of administration, means she is perfectly suited for her role as Receptionist at the practice. Joanne is excited to be combining both sets of skills while learning all about the orthodontics industry. She is also enjoying working alongside an enthusiastic, patient-led team who provide award-winning expertise.
Jackie first began working at Orthodontic Excellence in 2005, initially as a Receptionist then as a Patient Care Co-ordinator. After a break from the practice of two years she is happy to be back, this time taking a more administrative role within the wonderful friendly team. “Seeing the smiling faces of patients who are happy with the results of their treatment is still a thrill after all this time,” she says.
