You don’t need a referral to have orthodontic treatment with us, so there’s nothing stopping you from booking your appointment. This appointment is all about us getting to know each other, and seeing how we can help you.
Before treatment
The very first step in the orthodontic treatment process is deciding to find out more about treatment itself. By visiting our website, it seems you’ve begun. Congratulations!
The next step is booking a free online consultation to learn about our different treatment options.
What happens during my online consultation?
To begin with, we’ll ask you a few questions about both your medical and dental history. We’ll also ask you why you want to have treatment and what you hope to achieve. Your photos will be assessed by one of our Specialist Orthodontists to advise you of your treatment options and costs.
If you choose to have a paid in-person consultation you will see Dr Huntley or Dr Rootkin-Gray and their support team for a comprehensive examination and assessment. Photographs, a digital scan and (where needed) x-rays will be taken. We will give detailed explanations of:
- Recommended orthodontic treatment options and modes of retention and appliances
- Length of treatment time
- Quote for treatment
- Information on our finance plans (if required)
You can take this home with you and decide whether orthodontic treatment is right for you.
